Who we are

Jawar Al Jazira Construction & Building Co. (JJCO) is a privately held general contractor headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with operations across the Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. Since 2005 we have delivered turnkey civil, electromechanical and industrial construction for blue-chip clients in food & beverage, energy, retail, hospitality and government sectors.

We operate as a single integrated team: in-house engineering, MEP, civil and finishing crews planning and executing under one roof, supported by an owned fleet of heavy plant and an ISO-certified QHSE management system.
