The brief

Jawar Al Jazira was selected as the main contractor for the Seara Foods meat processing plant located in the 2nd Industrial City of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - reflecting JJCO's capability in managing large-scale industrial projects. The plant is part of a strategic initiative to enhance food production capabilities in the region and cater to growing demand for meat products, incorporating advanced processing technologies and hygienic meat production standards.

Scope of works

• Reinforced concrete factory shell, ~12,000 m sqm covered area
• Insulated cold-storage rooms (chillers and blast freezers)
• Process-area MEP including stainless trunking and hygienic finishes
• External works, loading bays and site-wide drainage
• Statutory approvals and handover documentation
